DUROTECH D400 is a waterproofing membrane made from a polyurethane-modified acrylic copolymer, specially developed for concealed wet areas such as bathrooms, laundries, balconies, and terraces. It meets the requirements of the National Construction Code (NCC) and complies with AS 4858:2010 and AS 4654.1, making it suitable for both internal and external under-tile applications. Once fully cured, DUROTECH D400 creates a Class 3, highly flexible and durable waterproof layer. It is seamless, fully bonded, odourless, and remains stable without breaking down when exposed to water.
