Mapelastic AquaDefense Zero is a ready-to-use, quick-drying, flexible liquid membrane designed for waterproofing both internal and external surfaces. Ideal for applications in damp areas such as bathrooms, showers, laundries, saunas, balconies, and terraces, it serves as a protective layer beneath ceramic, stone, or mosaic finishes. This one-component, blue paste dries rapidly to form an elastic membrane, allowing for tile installation in just a few hours. It is easy to apply using a long-pile roller, brush, or trowel on horizontal, vertical, and sloping surfaces. Suitable substrates include concrete, cementitious screeds, special binder-based screeds, cementitious render, internal plasterboard, and existing dressings. Mapelastic AquaDefense Zero is certified under EN 14891 for waterproofing applications beneath dressing materials.
